FASAKRIL Adhesive for EPS and Mesh Reinforcement Universal UNI

Polymer, cement and admixture-based construction adhesive for interior and exterior use, for bonding thermal insulation EPS panels, mesh reinforcement and levelling in facade thermal insulation systems.

Application

Mix the contents of a 25 kg bag with 6 l of water while constantly mixing with electric mixer until uniform mixture is achieved. Allow the mixture to rest for approximately 10 min and mix again. EPS: Apply adhesive along the whole perimeter of the panel, in strips about 5 cm wide, and in the middle, in at least three spots about 15 cm in diameter (40% minimum coverage with adhesive). Bond the panel by pressing it against the prepared surface. Install screw anchors after 3 days, minimum 6 pc/m². Reinforcement and smoothing: Apply adhesive with a notched trowel on the bonded panel. Lightly press the mesh with the trowel downwards with mesh overlapping by no more than 10 cm, so the mesh is visible and not completely covered with adhesive. After 24 h, apply the final layer of adhesive for final smoothing.
